This client had a second floor guest room with a hole in the wall that overlooked the foyer. It was originally thought that this hole would be a nice way to admit more light into the room, which it did, but problems arose as there was a place on the stairs where you could see into the room and noise came right in. This window was commissioned in order to enhance privacy and block noise in a beautiful way.

The room is furnished in pieces from the 19 40's and 50's so I used gluechip glass to give it a lacy look. The flowers are made from mottled, opalescent glass. The inner border is made of gluechip bevels.
